Book Karin & David Today Two Things That Will Get You Promoted I am usually approached by leaders trying to get promoted. “what traits do you search for when hiring for the top positions in your organization?” Stairway to Promotion So, I run down my record. Which then leads to the next query. “How do I turn out to be better positioned for a leadership position?” Again I actually have an inventory (all subjects for future posts) But that’s just me. The other day I was sitting in a management improvement assembly (this time, being developed) and those self same questions came up. What are the issues peopled have to work on to get promoted?
